Alex Robinson

After studying genetics and cell biology at Manchester University, Alex moved into accountancy, training with Moore Stephens. He subsequently joined a project management company, Albis Associates, initially working on and then managing accounting and technical insurance projects. He was appointed a Director of Albis overseeing the management of the company in addition to individual projects.

In a series of takeovers, Albis became part of the insurance division of Xchanging and Alex oversaw the integration of Albis into Xchanging.

In 2008, Alex returned to his accounting and project management roots and set up ProcessPoint. Through this company, he has performed a number of interim management roles in the London insurance market. Since June 2010, he has been the Finance Manager at Synergy with responsibility for the accounting and credit control functions.
